Unify Loop
About

A growth system is five engines with a CRM on top.

That sentence is the whole reason Unify Loop exists. Most tools in this category are a CRM with more tables bolted to it, and you can feel the difference six months in — when the automation you built quietly stops matching the filter you changed.

We started by building a vertical product — an AI-native CRM for real estate. It worked, and building it taught us something uncomfortable: almost everything hard about it had nothing to do with real estate.

The hard parts were a data model flexible enough to describe a business properly, a filter engine every surface could share, an automation engine that survived its own edits, and AI that could act on data without being handed a back door around permissions. Those problems are identical whether you sell houses, retainers, or placements.

So we rebuilt the foundation as a horizontal platform, and rebuilt the real estate product on top of it as an industry pack — objects, pipelines, and automations expressed as configuration rather than code. That pack is also the proof: if it needed a single hardcoded exception, the platform underneath would be incomplete.

What we are building is a Growth OS — one system where records, conversations, campaigns, automation, reporting, and AI run on a shared data layer, sold as vertical packs so nobody has to face an empty workspace on day one.

What we believe

Four opinions that shape everything.

These are the decisions that produce the product. They are also the ones we would defend in an argument.

01

Build engines, not features

Custom objects, saved views, pipelines, segments, workflows, campaigns, reports, and AI are all compositions of a small number of engines. Build the engines and each feature costs weeks. Build features first and each one re-implements an engine badly — which is how a CRM ends up with eleven filter builders that disagree with each other.

02

One of everything, never four dialects

One filter format. One expression language for merge tags, formula fields, and workflow variables. One automation engine. The discipline is uncomfortable — nobody gets to add a convenient special case — and it is why capability arrives evenly across every surface instead of landing wherever a team had capacity.

03

Daily-driver first

We build what someone touches every single day before anything else, depth-first. Reporting is a weekly surface, so it ships late on purpose. AI ships attached to each surface as it lands rather than as one late phase, because AI bolted on afterwards is AI that had to re-implement your permissions.

04

Say the unflattering part

Our security page lists what we have not certified. Our pricing page shows the usage rates. Our packs page says which pack is least battle-tested. We would rather lose a deal on an honest gap than win one and be found out in week three.

Where we are

Early, and saying so.

We are a young company building deliberately from the foundation up. That means the platform is unusually solid for our age and the surface area is narrower than an incumbent's — you should know both before you evaluate us.

Judge it by using it, not by reading us.
