Unify Loop
Use case

Email marketing that reads the CRM directly.

The industry-standard email setup is a second database: export or sync contacts into an email tool, rebuild your segments in its query language, and reconcile the two lists forever. Unify Loop skips the second database — campaigns send to filters over the records you already have.

No list sync, because there is no second list

An audience here is a saved filter: “customers in Texas on an annual plan”, “leads created this month with no reply”, “contacts attached to deals closing this quarter”. The filter can traverse related records — something list-based email tools structurally can’t do — and it evaluates at send time, so the audience is whoever matches now, not whoever matched at the last import. Personalisation pulls from record fields directly, including fields on related objects.

Broadcasts, triggers, and journeys on one engine

One-off sends, event-triggered messages, and multi-step journeys all run on the platform’s durable workflow engine rather than a separate campaign scheduler.

  • Trigger on any record change: a stage move, a signup, a renewal date approaching
  • Journeys mix email with SMS, WhatsApp, and tasks in the same sequence
  • A reply lands in the unified inbox on the contact’s record — and can pause the sequence
  • Suppression, opt-outs, and quiet hours are enforced at the platform, on every send path

Pricing that doesn’t punish list growth

Contact-tier pricing — the norm in email marketing — bills you for the size of your database whether you message it or not, which quietly turns keeping good records into a cost decision. Unify Loop meters sends at published rates instead: your CRM can hold every contact you’ve ever met, and you pay for the email you actually send. On deliverability we’ll be plain rather than magical: authentication, warm-up discipline, and consent hygiene are what get email delivered, and the platform enforces the consent half by construction.

FAQ

Email marketing, in detail.

How is send-based pricing different from contact-based pricing?

Contact-based tools bill for stored contacts, so your price climbs as your database grows even if your sending doesn’t. Metered sending bills the messages that actually leave. If you store far more contacts than you email — which is what a healthy CRM looks like — the difference compounds every month.

What about deliverability?

No platform can honestly promise inbox placement, so we won’t. What the platform does guarantee: proper authentication on your sending domain, opt-outs and suppression enforced on every send path automatically, and consent state carried on the record. The rest — list quality, content, warm-up — is discipline we help with rather than magic we claim.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes — sending is authenticated on your domain, which is table stakes for deliverability. Setup walks through the DNS records and verifies them before the first campaign goes out.

Do I still need a separate newsletter tool?

Only if you want one. Broadcasts to a filter cover the newsletter case, and the segment can be as simple as “everyone subscribed”. The gain over a dedicated tool is that a subscriber’s clicks, replies, and history live on the same record your sales and support conversations do.
