What is an industry pack, exactly?
A set of objects, fields, relationships, pipeline stages, automations, and dashboards installed into your workspace at onboarding. It is data, not code — which means you can rename, delete, or rewire any part of it, including the objects themselves.
How is a pack different from a template?
Most industry templates are custom fields plus a renamed pipeline, which you outgrow in a fortnight. A pack installs real objects with real relationships and automations that are actually running. If a property is really a Deal with extra fields, your reporting will be meaningless forever.
What if my business does not match any pack?
Start from the closest one and change it, or start blank. Most businesses find the closest pack gets them 70% of the way and the remaining 30% is the part that makes them distinctive — which is exactly the part you should be configuring yourself.
Are all the packs equally mature?
No, and we would rather say so. The real estate pack is the deepest because it is where our domain knowledge is and it was built as the proof case for the platform. The others are solid and less battle-tested.
Can I install more than one pack?
Yes. Packs add objects and pipelines rather than replacing a workspace, so an agency that also runs recruiting can install both and keep them related.
