Three parts, all published.
A platform fee, a seat price, and metered usage — including the usage rates, which is the part most vendors leave off the page. Move the slider and see your actual total.

Why it’s split into three.
A single per-seat price is simpler to advertise and worse to buy: it forces small teams to subsidise capability they use lightly, or heavy AI users to be subsidised by everyone else.
Platform fee
Per workspace. This is the capability — objects, filters, pipelines, inbox, automation, AI. It is worth roughly the same to a team of three as to a team of thirty, so it is not priced per head.
Seats
Per person who logs in and works records. Automations and AI are not seats — the platform doing work on your behalf never costs you a licence. Scoped client access under white-label is not a seat either.
Metered usage
AI credits and messaging, at the published rates below. These have a genuine marginal cost, so bundling them into a flat fee would mean either overcharging light users or losing money on heavy ones.
Every rate, on the page.
Usage is visible per feature in-product before it bills, and cappable per workspace. Nothing here is quoted on request.
| Meter | Rate | Unit | Included | Detail |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI credits | $8 | per 1,000 credits | Included allowance per plan | Drafting a reply, summarising a thread, scoring a record, or answering a natural-language question each consume credits. Usage is visible per feature in-product, and admins can cap a workspace so there is no surprise line on an invoice. |
| SMS | At cost + 15% | per message segment | No included allowance | Carrier cost varies by country and is passed through with a flat margin, shown per destination before you send. Bring your own provider account and you pay your carrier directly instead. |
| At cost + 15% | per conversation | No included allowance | Priced per 24-hour conversation window as WhatsApp bills it, not per message — so a long exchange inside one window costs the same as a short one. | |
| $1.20 | per 1,000 sends | 5,000 sends / month | Transactional and campaign sends draw from the same allowance. Deliverability tooling and suppression handling are included rather than an add-on. |
Bring your own messaging provider and you pay your carrier directly, with no margin from us — sending logic is identical either way.
Enterprise
For organisations with procurement, data-residency, or contractual requirements that a self-serve plan cannot meet.
Talk to usThis is the only plan that needs a conversation, because it exists for terms that are genuinely negotiated.
- Custom contract, invoicing, and payment terms
- Data residency and custom retention policies
- Security review, DPA, and named security contact
- Volume pricing on seats and usage
- Onboarding and migration support
- Uptime SLA
Pricing, answered.
Including the ones vendors usually avoid — what happens at the end of a trial, what counts as a seat, and what happens to your data if you leave.
Why a platform fee on top of seats?
Because the platform is worth roughly the same to a small team as to a large one, while seats scale with how many people need to log in. Bundling everything into a per-seat price means small teams overpay for capability or large teams overpay for seats. Splitting them keeps both honest — and it means adding a part-time coordinator costs a seat, not a plan upgrade.
Do I need a sales call to see a price?
No. Every self-serve plan’s platform fee, seat price, and usage rates are on this page. Enterprise is the only plan that requires a conversation, because it exists for requirements that are genuinely negotiated.
What exactly consumes an AI credit?
Any AI action: drafting a reply, summarising a thread or record, scoring, extracting fields from a document, or answering a natural-language question. Consumption is itemised per feature in-product, so you can see what’s expensive before it matters.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
AI features degrade with a clear message and admins are notified before the cap, not after. The rest of the platform keeps working normally. You can top up or raise the cap at any point.
Can I bring my own messaging provider?
Yes. Use your own numbers and provider credentials and you pay your carrier directly, with no margin from us. Sending logic, consent enforcement, and timeline recording are identical either way.
Is there a free trial, and do you need a card?
There’s a free trial with an AI credit allowance and no card required. You will not be charged automatically at the end of it — the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, so nothing you built is lost and nothing bills by surprise.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who logs in and works records. Clients you give scoped read-only access to under white-label are not seats. Automations and AI are not seats — the platform doing work on your behalf never costs you a licence.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Change plans at any time, prorated. Cancel at any time — and your data exports in full via CSV or the API. We don’t hold data hostage as a retention tactic.
