Replace the stack, not just the CRM.
The usual growth stack is a CRM, an email tool, an SMS tool, a workflow gluer, and a reporting layer — five subscriptions, each holding its own copy of your customer. Unify Loop is those surfaces built on one data layer, so “all-in-one” describes the architecture, not just the bundle.
- Copies of your customer data
- One
- Surfaces included
- CRM, inbox, campaigns, automation, reporting
- Connector middleware required
- None
- Pricing
- Per workspace + seats, published
The integration tax is the real subscription
Every point tool in a stack keeps a private copy of your contacts, and the connectors between them are where growth systems quietly rot. Syncs lag, field mappings drift, a renamed property breaks a Zap nobody remembers writing, and the segment in your email tool is always a few hours behind the CRM it was copied from. You end up paying twice: once in subscriptions, and again in the hours spent reconciling which copy of the customer is true.
One data layer, not five synced copies
In Unify Loop there is nothing to keep in sync, because the surfaces never had separate databases to begin with. The consequences show up everywhere:
- A campaign audience is a live CRM filter — no export, no list upload, no stale count
- Email, SMS, and WhatsApp land in one thread on the contact’s record, next to their deals
- An automation can trigger on any field change and act on any object, in the same system
- Reports run over the same filters your views and segments use, so numbers agree by construction
All-in-one without the usual ceiling
The fair objection to all-in-one software is that each piece is shallower than the point tool it replaces. Unify Loop’s answer is architectural rather than a feature race: because objects are custom and the filter engine is shared, depth comes from your data model instead of from per-feature rebuilds. A recruiting firm’s Candidates, an agency’s Retainers, and an insurer’s Policies all get views, segments, automation, and reporting the moment they exist — which is depth no fixed-schema point tool offers at any price.
All-in-one CRM, in detail.
What does Unify Loop actually replace?
A CRM, an email marketing tool, an SMS/WhatsApp messaging tool, the workflow glue between them, and the lightweight dashboard layer on top. It does not replace your accounting software, your support desk, or your website — we would rather be honest about the edge of the product than claim “everything”.
Isn’t an all-in-one always shallower than best-of-breed tools?
Sometimes, and it depends where you need the depth. If your competitive edge is, say, extremely sophisticated email branching, test us against your current tool before switching. Where Unify Loop is consistently deeper is the data layer itself: custom objects, one filter engine, and automation that spans every surface — the things a stack of point tools structurally cannot have.
Can I keep parts of my existing stack?
Yes. Records are available over a REST API, you can bring your own messaging provider credentials and pay your carrier directly, and your data exports in full at any time. Consolidation is the point, but it is not a lock-in mechanism.
How does migration from several tools work?
Pick your industry at setup and the pack installs the target data model — objects, fields, pipelines, automations. Then import each tool’s CSV export with column mapping onto those objects, or use the API for anything larger. You are mapping into a working system, not designing one from scratch.
