Unify Loop
Unify Loop vs HubSpot

A HubSpot alternative that isn’t sold in hubs.

HubSpot is the default for a reason — the ecosystem is enormous and the product is polished. The comparison worth making isn’t “which is better”, it’s which shape fits you: a suite of hubs licensed separately, or one product where every surface shares a data layer.

When HubSpot is the right call

HubSpot is the stronger choice when the ecosystem is the point:

  • An app marketplace and partner network measured in the thousands
  • Content and website tooling in the same suite as the CRM
  • A free CRM tier your team may already know from past jobs
  • Enterprise references, certifications, and agency support everywhere

When Unify Loop is the right call

Unify Loop is the stronger choice when the data layer is the point:

  • Custom objects on every plan, not gated to the top tier
  • One filter engine across views, segments, automations, reports, and AI
  • SMS and WhatsApp in the same inbox and journeys as email
  • Workspace + seat + metered pricing with no marketing-contact tiers

Feature grids go stale the day they ship. These are the structural differences — the things a release cycle doesn't change.

01

Where HubSpot genuinely wins

Any honest alternative page starts here. HubSpot has the largest ecosystem in the category: integrations for almost anything, agencies and consultants in every city, a hiring pool that already knows the product, and content tooling (CMS, landing pages, blogs) that Unify Loop simply does not have. If your growth motion is content-led and your plan involves outside implementation help, HubSpot’s gravity is a real asset and you should weigh it as one.

02

The hub boundary is a data boundary

HubSpot grew hub by hub, and the seams show at the data layer: lists, views, and workflow enrollment each have their own filtering surface, features arrive per-hub and per-tier, and the marketing-contacts model makes your database size a billing conversation. None of this is dishonest — it is what suite packaging looks like. Unify Loop was built after that lesson: one object model, one filter engine, and capabilities that arrive everywhere at once because there is only one everywhere.

03

What switching actually involves

Export contacts, companies, and deals from HubSpot; pick your industry pack at Unify Loop setup so the target objects and pipeline already exist; import with column mapping, or use the API for history and custom objects. Budget the honest costs too: rebuilding the automations you actually use, replacing HubSpot-native integrations you depend on, and retraining a team that knew where everything was. Teams that switch well do it for the architecture, not to save a line item.

FAQ

Switching from HubSpot, in detail.

Is Unify Loop cheaper than HubSpot?

Often, but not axiomatically — the shapes differ. HubSpot costs scale with hubs, tiers, seats, and marketing contacts; Unify Loop is a workspace fee, seats, and metered usage at published rates. For a team that wants custom objects and multi-channel marketing without top-tier licensing, we usually total lower. Run your own numbers — ours are all on the pricing page.

Can I import my HubSpot data?

Yes. HubSpot exports contacts, companies, deals, and activities to CSV; those map onto the pack-installed objects with column mapping, and the REST API covers anything the CSV path doesn’t. Field labels can be renamed to match what your team already calls things.

What does HubSpot have that Unify Loop doesn’t?

A CMS and website builder, a vast integration marketplace, a global partner network, and a decade of enterprise references. We would rather name that plainly than have you discover it in week two. What we have instead is one data layer under every surface — which is the thing HubSpot’s packaging cannot retrofit.

Does Unify Loop have a free plan like HubSpot’s?

Yes — a free workspace with an industry pack installed, no card required. The difference in spirit: HubSpot’s free tier is the top of a hub-upgrade funnel; ours is a working system that stays priced in the open as you grow.

The fastest comparison is a free workspace.
